It's important to act quickly after you've been injured because the adjustor, your employer is going to respond to your claim depending on how well you explain your problems as well as when you report it. Tell the truth. Be very specific, and being consistent. If an individual describes how they hurt themselves immediately, they need to tell everybody that they deal with.

I like to look at things down the road to assure that they have appropriate medical care now or in the future if the Workers' Compensation Act allows it or that we allow that person the appropriate disability that will assist them.
